How to back up e-mail account settings
I need to do a hard reset on my phone and I would like to know how to backup/save these settings so I don't have to create each account again (I
have 5 e-mail accounts  ). Does anyone know where that info is stored? I know how to backup the Personal Information (PIM file) but it doesn't include the email accounts.

this is the way that i have done it...unzip the file and then plug your phone into the computer and activesync...then click the runconfig.bat...then open the RapiConfigOut.xml file and then you have the provisioning xml to use to restore your settings...hope that this helps

Unzip what file... where is runconfig.bat?
Did you forget to attach em?
