Tabs

So I was wondering if there is anyway to change the tabs. I saw that on certain roms they have other tabs, is this something done to the rom, or is it something you can do yourself? Thanks!

There are many programs out there that change the icons on the tabs.

You need to do a little searching and you will find all sorts of things.
