Outlook File attachment screen loading SLOW

The file attachments screen within Outlook is terribly slow. For some reason, it will load all files and folders initially, which takes a long time. Is there a mod to the attachments screen for this?

I'm referring to the screen that pops up when you choose to insert a file into an email.
