How do I increase the sms recipient amount from 10?

Searching is unbelievable. I tried for the last 30 minutes using the forum search and google. If anyone knows how to find the anser via search, or what the magic search query is, please let me know. It' so frustrating.

So since I'm sure people will be sending out mass Happy Thanksgiving texts, I wanted to post a reminder of how to send a text to more than 10 people at once, but I forgot the regedit, and I couldn't find it. Anyone care to post?

Also, here is the regedit for increasing the mms size limit to 2MB.

Hklm/software/arcsoft/arcsoftmmsUA/Config/mm1/mmscsetting/samplmmsc
change wap1senddefault to 2048000 and wap2senddef to 2048000

I think found it last night while unsuccessfully trying to enable mms on my new rom.

HKLM/Software/Arcsoft/Arcsofft MMS UA/Config/UI

MaxRecipients = *change from 10*

Let me know if this works. It still didn't allow me to check more than 10 recipients on WM 6.5, but I'm still looking.

where are you adding the recipients? i remember on my stock alltel rom on my touch pro i could add 20 ppl if i wanted. it was sweeeeeeeeeet

I'm using the Energy ROM Leo WM 6.5.3 28004 Nov 25. It allows you to checkbox multpile recipients (menu > add recipients). But it won't go more than 10. I may be able to type more than 10 in the To: box.

yeah when i click add recipients it opens my contacts. i can select as many contacts as i want. i am running MightyRom

Is this from the regedit I posted, or it was like that with the rom?

anybody try this? i just went to send a txt message with more then 10 ppl and i have this problem now. i add people by clicking add recipients and selecting one at a time.

tried tried this on the mightyrom 12.6.09 and this registry edit DOES NOT work. please help.

Solution for those having problem with limited sms to 10

go to hklm\software\jataayu\messaging\maxrecipients change 10 to 100
