Tab Question

This might sound dumb but im still trying to get the hang of this whole thing.

Is there a way or a program to get a tab to run a program like the aim app that is on market place?

Not without some major editing of the manila files.
In other words, yes it's possible but not an easy fix.
But you can look into Rhodium Keyboard Controller and program some hardware keys to open programs when you double click, long press, etc.
