Re: The OEM Extended battery and door is out!!
A bulging back door is major "junk in the trunk" and detracts aesthetically from the look imho. The 2000mAh from Hong Kong that fits the stock door just flat out makes me nervous, even tho it's been reported to be fine. It could be a ticking time bomb. I'll take a pass. I find the regular stock oem as shipped works usually all day and I have several extra chargers in key locations if I need a boost. The 1750mAh from seidio sounds like a way to puny upgrade. My $.02

I almost vommited when I saw that. Verizon has it's own version which I think is much more pleasign to the eye, although still a "bulger"

I agree. If there were a battery technology that delivered 2000mAh in the standard TP2 form factor AND met standards for safety and longevity, HTC would be using it as OEM. |

Re: The OEM Extended battery and door is out!!
Thought it worth nudging agvain: the $10 Hong Kong battery is an awesome bargain. I have two (and two phones including my wife's) and they charge fine (not too hot) and last as well as stock or better. Still seem too good to be true... but they work great.
