if you're on that screen you should be able to flash stock rom from that screen. you should be able to hard reset even from that screen but i'm not familiar with the hard reset process ont he tp2 yet.

Well, Hard reset doesn't work and I actually did flash the rom but it didn't change a thing

To hard reset:

Hold volume down, send, end AND USE THE STYLUS TO PRESS THE RESET BUTTON under the battery cover. You will have to either get someone else to press the reset button or put the stylus in your mouth and press it. You might lose all dignity doing it that way, but it works. Volume down, send, and end won't hard reset unless you press the reset button with them. The phone will prompt you from there. Be sure to hold all the buttons down until it does prompt you. It's kinda tricky.
