VERIZON users on Custom Rom's - annoying voice-only network notification??

Strange results. I had post about this problem when i first got my new phone. I had tried several custom ROM's all with the same popup. Then i tried one of MightyROM's dont remeber witch and didnt have the problem. I have used several of the mightryrom "project" rom's with no popup. Then today i installed the "Verizon" 6.5 update to get the new radio and went back to the MightyROM and now i get the popup. I then loaded a few other ROM's and now i am on Calkulin's ROM with no popup after running the carrier cab. I was just getting ready to load that custom PRL but dont guess i have to now.
