No, you can either execute the executable and grab the .nbh file from the temp folder it extracts to or you can use winrar(file juicer if you're on a mac) to extract the .nbh from the .exe. That file gets renamed to RHODIMG.nbh.

Yes. Extract the file and rename the RUU_signed.nbh file to RHODIMG.nbh. Make sure that the RHODIMG.nbh file is on your SD root file before you start into the boot loader.

Here is a link I found on the HTC UK site to a 6.5 upgrade for the TP2

For some reason it will not accept my S/N number to access the download. Can anyone else access this?

LOL cuz that's a GSM rom that requires a GSM serial # they do this to stop noobs from blindly downloading it and bricking there phone. cuz that will cause a brick as it contains a radio.
