Expose Private Callers

Hey Guys is anyone aware of a way in which we can either block private callers or even better expose them and show their numbers so that you can see who is calling

in case you REALLY want to expand your horizons ... I watched him do this live last year, interesting stuff ... albeit probably alot farther then you want to go :0)
