Display does not refresh in Start Menu

The Start Menu in my Touch Pro2 (Sprint) is not clearing/refreshing the screen, so that when I scroll the icons up or down, everything is overwritten as seen in the attached screenshot.

I've flashed it with several different ROM, WM6.5 and 6.5.1, and the same occurs, however, it is random when it starts occurring. Manila displays properly. Only the Start Menu has this display problem. The only way to refresh the screen (refresh the display to remove the drawn lines) is to reboot. However, after reboot, if I move the icons, they draw over the screen again (as shown in attachment).

Has anyone seen this issue? Any idea on why this is occurring?
