No Texts

Hi All- long time lurker

New to the flashing world with my sprint TP2. I flashed to the nov 15 mighty rom. Installed arcsoft and all sorts of other programs. Did the provisioning etc

Now whenever i get texts it goes through my TF3d interface, but never to my inbox, so i never get alerted as to when i get a text

So couples question
1. What is arcsoft MMS. i just installed it stupidly and afraid thats the reason it doesn't work. I uninstalled but still have the same prob How do i get my texts to work properly!!
2. This is my 2nd flash (1st flash worked perfectly but reflashed to fix the tether problem).. Is there an easy way to reinstall everything other then having to reinstall/restore all my backups and programs? (ie would this SPB program reinstall everything after a rom flash?
