Arcsoft is for MMS so you didn't install it stupidly. Some of the arcsoft cabs work for people and for some reason others don't. I can't seem to get MMS working on my phone using certain versions of it, but this has worked for me and others also. Give it a shot, hit me on PM if you have questions. Good luck!
