Just tested an install on stock vzw 6.1 TP2.
It will install but only Word, Excel and OneNote will function.
SharePoint, Powerpoint will not operate on 6.1 (must be some hooks to 6.5 dll's or something).
Also to note: I had .net 3.5 installed. Not sure if this is a requirement but thought I would mention it.
