And VistaHide Battery Gauge looks like a color bar on the top of the screen above the taskbar. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=281891

that's the issue, though. when the clock is up there, there is no battery icon and vice versa. we want both

has anyone noticed that the vistahide battery gauge makes the phone lag pretty bad in landscape? while texting, the letters come up about a second after i press them when the gauge is active...

I'm trying out Batti now because it's basically the same thing as VistaHide with the same 0 CPU usage. I like that it comes as a CAB and starts itself automatically so I don't have to create a shortcut manually. I remember using it before but dumped it because I didn't need all of the extra functionality it has. I'm not noticing any lag with it. The only quirk I've seen is upon switching to landscape, the meter is too short, but after a few seconds it extends across the screen. Create a shortcut and then cut/paste it to Windows/Startup.
