I am waiting for mine to come anytime it has been 10 days. but again from all the reviews i have read this is the best bang for your buck...

yes there are others but i like the clean look nothing on the side or goose neck.

goodluck
u gettin that ebay on as well?
yeah it shows that he sold over 197 of those. so in my opinion this should be a good mount. i mean its only 8 bucks.

Re: What is a good window car mount for the TP2?

Who would want it mounted on the windshield. Yuck. Get a ProClip.

I bought one for the mogul (at least I think it was) and have used it for every phone since then by adding rubber spacers. But the Pro 2 fits perfect. But they do make a perfect adapter for the Pro 2.

You don't want the sun on your phone. Hard to see with sun on it. Easy for someone to see it to wanna steal it. Mounted closer is much easier to see and operate. Most often mounted to left of center console radio.

pslim they look different to me... look at the arm hinges.

and proclip... isn't that the ridiculously expensive one that u have to clip onto your a/c? aside from price, im not sure i want to clamp on anything like that... usually causes scratches or destroys the vents

Re: What is a good window car mount for the TP2?

i expect full reviews from u guys that bought the mounts with virtually no arm! i've bought a couple of the gooseneck types in the past and they all sucked or broke easily, so im gonna wait and see for a hands on opinion from u guys first... i think the most important part of the mount is the suction quality... please inform us if it actually sticks firmly and seems like its high quality.. one mount i tried before kept falling off at the suction! can't tell u how embarrassing it is for the entire mount with phone in it to fall into a passengers lap... thanks in advance!

Re: What is a good window car mount for the TP2?

I got mine from Ebay a couple days ago. Overall I like it, I can attach it to my windshield or side window and see the phone just fine. It is also easily in reach if I need to do something to it.

There is not enough range of motion to have the screen tilted while attached to my window, but I've not seen an issue with that as of yet.

I think he means ( and i hope i'm right) that when the screen is slid up, the tilt feature is restricted a lil. I don't mind this because i don't think i will ever slide the keyboard out. if i want to slide the keyboard out and type, i'm almost certain i will just take it down and type my message.
