Stock WM 6.5 Lock Screen Behavior

The Windows Mobile lock screen unlocks all the tick if I open it to landscape for example... Unless I put a password on it. I cannot find another thread on the issue. I dont want it to unlock unless I do it myself.

Any pointers to the info or a fix would be appreciated.

Also I do like this lock screen compared to the others personally so I do not care to switch to another.
