I've seen mixed reviews about the displex, and on it's advertising it states that it is not to be used on Touch screens. Have you actually used it on an HTC touch screen?

Yes... The key is to be gentle, and make sure the power is off. Also, it won't work on deep scratches (that you can run your nail over and feel)...

I've had success using Plexus. It can be found online at at most auto parts and marine stores. It's used to clean and remove microhazing and minor scratches from plastic convertible windows as well as the plastic windows on boats.
