I don't think he needs hardspl, the phone wouldn't have got that far to flash a messed up rom, it just wouldn't have worked ( the flash )
Just reflash your STOCK rom. you need to get to bootloader mode ( take battery out, put it back in, hold volume down and power till the screen boots into bootloader mode ), plug in cable, flash, done.
