Sprint TP2 6.5.1 Calkulin's Kitchen frozen 1X connection when receiving text messages

Alright, so build the rom 6.5.1 using Calkulin's kitchen. Went to http://messaging.sprintpcs.com/textmessaging/compose (Sprint's sms site) and started sending myself text messages. And about every 3-rd or 4-th sms, my phone's connection would freeze at 1X and sms wouldn't deliver! Then after about three minutes I see my phone's tower signal indicator turn off, turn on, and then sms comes in and it switches back to EV like it should! Have you guys experienced this problem? If you didn't and you built this rom using Calkulin's kitchen I suggest you try it out and let me know! This is the same with Calkulins kitchet v1 and v1a

Ok, here's the screen shot. I know some of you might say that this is ok for text messages to come in through 1X, but remember the sms doesn't come in and no notification is displayed. Screen stays at 1X for about 3 min. and what I said above happens. Any ideas?

Yeah I really don't think it's a ROM specific thing. I'm using my own ROM from my kitchen and it occassionally happens to me too.

Ok, this seems to only happend on the rom that I build with Calkulin's kitchen. SSK does not have this issue. Any ideas?

Old thread, but still relevant - so a shameless bump. Only that the texts never make it through, it stays stuck. Any ideas?
