Re: Why Cant My TP2 Be Paired With My PS3?
I have tried this with my tp1 and snap and instinct and it only worked once on my tp 1, but after that one time it never worked again. There is supposed to be a program that allow you to control your ps3 over bluetooth with you phone, its called gremote pro. I think it has something to do with the blue tooth chip-set inside the ps3, i'm not positive though.

prolly not, months back i was using a quick setup...wired router hooked up to my mac then that wired connection shared as wireless on the mac. all my devices could connect to the AP fine except the PS3

Re: Why Cant My TP2 Be Paired With My PS3?
actually the ps3 does support adhoc networking, well the orginal model does, maybe not the new slimline or the newer models just prior to that. but i've had the same issue with the tp1, i have gotten it to find it just fine every time but when i go to connect to it and it asks for a password it never pops up a screen on the phone or vice versa if i'm starting the searching with the phone. so i've never been able to pair it with the ps3 dont know the problem maybe its something with microsoft and sony products.. hmmm

I don't have a PS3, but I have a Logitech Dinovo Mini bluetooth keyboard, and it pairs with the PS3 (there's a switch in the back, and they advertise PS3 pairing). They keyboard doesn't work with the Xbox 360 though...
