You can hard reset., take out battery .. .put back in and dont turn the phone on. . press and hold talk and end key.. then hold top power.. follow promts to reset. .. Btw .. just tried to unlock with provison cab with pin code and it worked fine

Restored it. Thanks. I am going to restore from backup b4 provision install and disable pin lock first and try again.

Tried in in NRG 6.5.1 (latest os) Nov 9 and it fails. I installed the mrx first then reboot. Installed arcsoft client then reboot. nada...

oh wait.. it wasn't working in manilla 2.5 but it worked in the messaging client! woot!

Tried the updated ones. SprintTv still works fine. Prl/Profile still give the Factorybootstrap, can't get device id error. I am using MM Rom.

On the new Merdin 2.5 rom, I can not get sprint tv to work. I installed the provisioning cab, then rebooted. I then installed the sprint tv cab, and rebooted. When I go to launch sprint tv i get the following error:

There was a problem connecting to the network. Please make sure the phone is turned on and restart the application (error 1).

make sure you are not connected via usb or wifi and are using your actual cellular connection.

I was on my cellular connection. That is what is strange with this error.
