No direct push after plugging into pc
After pluggin my phone into my pc and adding some files to it i did a reset via the reset button. Now my outlook email is gone. Re added it and it still wont get messages. Went into my connections and direct push is disabled. Attempted to enable it and it takes my to the active sync page. Any ideas?

Did you try adding a different type of account (like POP3) to see if that works?

That wasn't what he was asking, have you tried either adding a webmail or pop service to test whether you are actually getting ANY mail? for AS go to the option and delete the Exchange account and readd the Server Source sometimes mail gets unchecked so it won't sync the box and even if you get the options back it still see this as 'not to sync' by removing the Server Settings and readding you recreate the sync profile

k i tried deleting the email accounts. Re added it and direct push is now on, however it wont sync

Fixed! Since my wifi was enabled it was attempting to connect via our secure wireless which doesn't allow the ports in... Thanks guys...
