Interesting, if this is the case that is why sprint lost me as a customer to Sprint TV, its too limited. Good to know It was better a few years ago when they offered more channels.

IF you go directly to the mobitv site and click the app download page link for it will ask you to choose a carrier, For sprint they got the sprint tv app, sprint extra,sprint tv en vivo, and sprint 4biz. So sprint definitely got some kind of arrangement with them. Sprint just limits the channels mobitv provides for their customers.

Sprint TV sucks imho. MobiTV is flaky tho. Works one time then not the other.
