When i try to manually update my prl my phone turns off but doesnt come back on i let it sit still nothing when i turn it back on it back to the 60657 prl

here is the 65000 prl. Im using Mightys SE rom and manually updated. so far it sticks for me. had it for a day but didnt see any difference yet (most of the day, im in a cinder block bldg with very little signal stregnth to begin with). unzip of course
