Sprint TP2 in stores 11-15?

the stores I went to in Georgia had the tp2 in stock and on display but it was stuck in landscape view and no one knew how to fix it. So much for first impressions. I had to use one of the sales reps phones. The phone only had 6.1 too.

I have been out of the WM game for a while so I didn't know. I thought I read it would be on the phone by the time it was in the stores. Does anyone know the official drop date.

only thing official is "early 2010" Every HTC rep Ive spoken with has said Januaryish

it's standard on the sprint samsung intrepid. it just hasn't reached htc yet.
