Device ID

What is the stock DeviceID for a Sprint TP2?

Not the one you can change in the "about" tab, but the one that is embedded in the rom more or less...get what I mean?

MightyRom changes this to RhodiumW.... I'm looking to restore it to see if something works properly..

Any ideas?

Maybe I am way off and there isn't one?

lol...i dont think any of us can remember...we rarely look it up. Hopefully someone with stock can provide you with this info.

lol yeah, just working on sprint tv and prl/pri updates... thought that might be the missing link.

I'm not gonna flash stock to find out though!

You mean the device information/Identity tab/Model no right?

T7380 is it, and I think PRL update cab needs it to be installed properly.

JD's rom has the T7380, and installs the prl update and functions as it should

No problem. Does Mike's Rom still have the old ID there? I think one guy who looked into this sent a message regarding this like a week ago.

Yeah.. with RhodiumW as a device ID, prl update cab will give you an error on installation, and won't work at all.
