Is there to completely disable CDMA on a Sprint Touch Pro2 or flash a GSM Only ROM?

use qpst to erase everything sprint carrier based so the phone cannot even reconize its sprint branded

I do not have CM_Guardian_Service.dll file in \windows but i found CMBandSwitching.exe which I think will help. It has options for network type and band frequency
