ya dont need to break ya phone to start over..... just go to settings, system and then clear storage, itll put the phone back like when ya first got it, with nothing installed and brand new........ then we can start from the beginning.........

just to make sure you have the sync software installed on ya pc or laptop right???????? cause if not nothing you do will work untill ya have that installed....

yes have the sync on pc have fo9r long timne been using it matterof factt im waiting for backup my contacts befor i do this

Yea, I think sprint FUBARed it when ya took it in...... We know way more than those retards, just hard reset once ya get the backup done and will start from step 1........... Boo boo has good instructions, some of his steps are just outta order............ so thats why his didnt work, but if ya try his gain do step 8 before 7.......... but will try again.

ive had a touch, touch pro and diamond on sprint, my hack worked on all. i dont see why it would be any diff for the tp2.......... tmobile dont require any hacks, it just works......
