Help I cant open picmail even after installing ArcSoft MMS
i followed this thread
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=61802 i receive picture mail but i cannot open it, can anyone tell me why?

on my diamond i had used a sprint picture mail cab i downloaded through the phone and it worked fine, how can i use it on the tp2?
