Where to change time zone for "My Location" in Manila 2.5?

My apologies if this has been answered elsewhere. I searched the phone and on the site. I'm stumped.

Tap the clock on the home page to bring up the World Clock. There you can add/remove cities, and set your default.

...wrong. Why would have I made this thread if it was correct? It is set at -8, where I am in the central zone -6.

I know that method, but I want it to use the "My Location" feature so that it would pick up time for where I am and work nicely with weather and calendar integration. Would also be nice for traveling where one would not have to remember to flip time zones.

This is probably supposed to work but for some reason, my time zone isn't updating.

I'm having the same problem. My time zone is set to central but I'm in the eastern time zone. It's grayed out so I can't change it.

I ran into that problem (with having the correct time zone setting) & just manually adjusted the time on the clock setting screen

Re: Where to change time zone for "My Location" in Manila 2.5?

This worked for me... found it in a thread...

"I've had that issue with all versions of this ROM. Not a big deal. I just have to manually add another city from central time zone and then when I put it back to "my location" then it fixes itself. Don't have that issue with other ROMs though."

Start>Settings>Personal>Clocks and Alarms

Happens to me all the time. I drive back and forth between College Station, TX and Houston, TX (both CST) and for some reason it resets my time to GMT.
