Can we use the TP2 on the TELUS HSPA+ network?

I have searched on a few forums and haven't found the answer... perhaps because it's a stupid question, but I'll ask anyway.

Can I use the HTC TP2 on the new TELUS HSPA+ network? I recall seeing in the specs that it supports UTMS 2100, which is what the new network requires no?

Essentially, I want to go from my 0.4Mbps downstream data connection to a 21Mbps downstream data connection.

I'm on an unlimited TELUS data plan currently and use Internet Sharing to occassionally connect to the net from my laptop.
