auto populate people tab with popular contacts?

Is there a way to auto populate the "People" tab with contacts that are most used?

From what i've seen. This is customized by YOU.
These are YOUR favorites. Would be nice to automate it or to have the phone ask if you want to add to your favorites though.

if its done via registry, might be able to do something with mortscript to get the most called/text/etc on the favorites page.

But don't know if this is controlled via registry or not.
