optimized kinoma play

I was playing around with kinoma's files and tweaked it a little to read better on the touch pro 2. I also played around with the skins a little, check out the white skin

just replace kinoma.zip in
\\Program Files\Kinoma\bin\
with
This one, i suggest renaming the original to kinoma_old.zip just in case.
