Re: Help, can't get a data connection
It will be 2 weeks on Monday since I got the phone and it still doesn't work. They tell me its a problem on their end. I'm in Victoria. Thanks for the tip on the trace. I've tried the hard reset to no avail. I'm going into the store today to see if they can get another phone to work.
