ok i just noticed this while downloading mightymikes rom basically i select download to storafe card yet it first takes up space in the phone then puts it on the card in this case since the rom was so big, it maxed out and stopped downloading saying warning out of memory, i checked and my microsd had not increased yet my phone memory was full anyone have a similiar issue or a known fix??

It is not a bug, this is same way as your pc works, there is a temporary folder it downloads to. you need to either install the browser on the SD card or change the Temporary path of your browser to the SD card
I think for opera its: Opera:config

Agreed. Open Opera, type opera:config in the address bar, expand the User Prefs section, and I think it's the "Temporary Download Directory" setting.
