You can just run the caller ID app...there is settings to disable contact app and etc;...I nevered ran into that problem where the HTC phone canvas showed up first for about 3 sec then switched to the iconsoft one....i wouldnt be able to deal with that...dosent happen to me. Go to phone pad then options and mess with the settings of your interest.

Is it me or does the picture not look that good on the caller ID? Looks grainy
