Verizon Visual Voicemail cab

I have the EnergyROM "LEO" on my Verizon TP2, and I need the Visual Voicemail app. Does anyone have the cab file for it?

I don't think so...I believe the VVM is tied to the carrier.

By installing this cab, can we use VVM for free? Or does it still cost $2.99/month or whatever absurd charge Verizon is asking?

The only way you won't be charged for using the Visual Voicemail is if you had it on the TP since they couldn't add it to billing on the TP. Otherwise you have to pay the $2.99 a month.
