and you need a vzw plan correct? i am formally alltel so just wondering if this would work since vzw bought me out.

As for your situation, I am not sure. But anyone that is not on Verizon like Sprint, would have to have a plan with VZW.

When you call Tech support, who do you get? Verizon? If so then you might be able to use it.

so could you go back to the tp and then add visual voicemail on the phone, then go back to my touch pro2?
