WM6.5 Notification popup

Is there any way to get rid of it? I don't like seeing the SMS to pop up on the screen when I get it. I'd rather go to the SMS tab.

i asked this too. i forgot it is in the sounds and notifications settings. go to notifications select txt and deselect pop up display notificatio. its on the page where hyou can assign sounds

Search "sms sent notification" lots of fixes, it annoys everyone I think.

under settings goto sounds and notifications to turn it off
