Any new 6.5 roms fix BT stack voice announce?

Do any of the new TP2 6.5 roms fix the problem with the non-standard BT stack which prevents MSVC from announcing incoming calls over a BT headset?

The ROM section says that it is for "ROMs/Kitchens/Radios Only" -- seemingly not where to ask questions not related to a specific ROM. Please correct me if I'm wrong and then I will ask it there.
