I had this happen on my touch pro once. I fixed it by going into my outbox (checked all of them) and finally found the message lingering. Deleting it fixed the problem.

Just found this thread because Mine is doing it bad. It's saying message can't be sent then the other person is getting it 3 times, and I get theirs like 5 times and we on different networks. It's annoying exspecially for the folks without unlimited text (yes I still know people without it)
