MMS for Sprint fix

Mighty.....Thanks! and to all who have put in many hours to making use PPC'ers happy.

MMS for sprint fix: install Acrosoft, then to to options. under the GSM is the correct info, move that info to CDMA your MMS will work. Tested and working

lol this has been posted yesterday why not search for it... and to set up:

install Arcsoft MMS_Sprint_5_0_94_128c

go to messaging and all messages

hit the button nexst to the x on the left

scroll down to pic/video options

go to gsm servers

settings

Server name - sprint
gateway= leave blank
port number- 80
server address- http://mms.sprintpcs.com/servlets/mms
connect via- The internet
send limit 500k

hit done

hit set as default

hit ok

Is this the same process for the Energy ROM? I can send sms but not with pictures attached. I keep gettting a message which states, "unable to send message" when I attach a pic. Again, sending a regular sms without any images is fine.

Which energy rom? If it is the LEO 2.5 manila one, no this will not work.

It should work for the 2.1 manila.

Sorry for the lack of specifics. Yes, that's the ROM I'm using. Thanks for the info and do you know if there's a fix for that yet?

No I don't think there is a fix as of yet, i'm sure someone will get it soon though.

Yeah I've got Energy with Manila 2.5 and I'm having the same problem. Someone in the Energy thread is working on a fix now.
