Display website as screensaver

Hello,

I have a website that is fairly small that automatically refreshes every 2-3 minutes and it tells me the score of all sports.... How do I have this page display automatically without going into the browser? was thinking of somekind of widget or better yet show that page at the unlock page when your device is idle...

Please help and thanks in advance...
