Sanyo phones used to have that feature. It was called "call screening" but i think it rolled them to a fake VM. Either way still cool lol.

And this topic is certainly strange! OP, does it happen everytime you get a call? Or just randomly? Even if the person isnt speaking, can you hear background noise?
