How to change default browser from Opera to PIE?

I was wondering (hoping) that someone could steer me in the direction of a hack / cab / regkey that could change PIE as the default browser. there are a few sites I hit that can only be rendered properly in IE.

It should be located in your programs. Just add it to your programs list in the Start menu.

This will not change TF3D (sorry, I don't do Manila hacks), but this will set PIE as the default elsewhere on the phone (links, etc).
