Re: Frustrated with GPS lag
Tp2, TP and Diamond all have lag and personally I don't think you will find one that doesn't have lag. The only sure fix for me was to purchase a bluetooth gps receiver

Yes, tried that too but didn't help. Did it make a big difference for you? Did you disable AGPS? |

I find GPSGate helps. Lag will become a big issue when there are exits that are close to one another! |

Re: Frustrated with GPS lag
It made a huge difference for me and it's the only thing that made a difference. I messed around with agps, but ended up leaving it disabled after noticing slightly more lag. I still have a bit of lag, but I actually prefer it that way. My moto q9c had zero lag, and sometimes it feels like the dot's in front of you.

As the faq in this forum states iGO is the most compatible and I agree. (the same tweaks on my diamond were not as sucessful and lag was noticeable, it could re route me to turn after I've past a street, TP2 is not having this issue) I strongly recommend following the qpst tweak instructions, this will require you to discover your subsidy lock code. |
