Clearly notes it's not for CDMA unless you go to handango for a different app.

the OP has indicated Sprint as their carrier, wonder if that means he put it on a CDMA phone...
Doesn't the HTC Touch Pro 2 had GSM capabilities? Does that mean it has parts of GSM?

Someone try this for me (I have no service.) : Go to your settings tab, click menu in the bottom right hand corner and go to Phone Network Mode and set it to GSM only. Does that get it to work? lol

I can confirm that it does not work on a Sprint CDMA TP2.
