Re: Bluetooth stops working on motorola s9hd headset
There are a bunch of BT threads floating around in the TP2 forum. A lot of them to do with unreliable functionality. BT seems to work perfectly well for some, not for others, and there is one thread with a fix for certain issues...but that also only worked for some.
The TP2 uses a different BT stack (widcomm) compared to the TP (MS). Those in the 'know' are putting it down to that. Do some searching for "bluetooth" in the TP2 forum and see if anything helps you. Here's what I found... Request for Chefs: Do NOT use Widcomm bluetooth stack from shipped ROMs Unable to start bluetooth stack? Bluetooth will not hang up/disconnect Problems with U-Connect (handsfree) My car stereo can't find my tp2 via bluetooth... installed tomtom 7.450.9028 got BTTrayCE start-up error

Re: Bluetooth stops working on motorola s9hd headset
I searched and this is the only thread that touches on the same problem Im having. I have the S9HD headphones which work great. I like these more than any other bluetooth stereo headset Ive had for phone use and Ive had way to many of them over the years.
When I use them with MusicPlayer, PocketPlayer or the OEM media player they work fine as far as sound. When I try to watch a movie using Coreplayer they will play for 10 to 15 minutes and then the audio will cut out. The Phone still shows that its connected and as stated above I have to reset the bluetooth to get it going again for another 14 minutes. Very annoying. |

Re: Bluetooth stops working on motorola s9hd headset
I also have a Moto S9HD headset. Although I don't currently have CORE player installed on my present Rom, I had it installed before. I seem to recall, in Settings of Core player, there are multiple pages of settings. One of those pages had some assignments for bluetooth to use the built in drivers, or to enable headset control. Something of that nature. It said experimental, I believe. But, if you find those settings, it may be worth a try!!
Hope this helps and I agree the S9HD's rock!
