i didnt get one in my hands, mine was taken out instantly i only paided like $87!!!! so yeah i got mine day one sans mir

I bought the phones on the second day and got the cards 2 weeks later.

check to make sure you dont have a P.O. Box on your billing account. if you do then you may have to call the rebate number for status and possibly to send one out. If your adress is normal then head to vzw.com and type in "rebate" in the search at the top then choose the first option. from there choose "manage rebate submission" then choose "track your rebate" type your lastname and zip and any other information that you know. it will let you know if its been sent and if you havent gotten it call rebate number.

got mine yesterday. Ordered on day 1 via phone but vzw rep screwed me over by switching my number to a new number before phone got activated. They then billed me as if I never extended my contract (because it was extended on a new number). Long story short it took about 4 hours on the phone to get that straightened out and then they wouldn't give me the sim unlock because they said I was too new even though I had been a customer for 8 years so took another 2 hours but finally all is well. Despite all this they somehow got my rebate processed.
